As a full spectrum doula, I provide critical support to birthing people, babies, and families during the prenatal, labor, and postpartum period. My practice integrates somatic healing methodologies with evidence-based information on pregnancy and childbirth to offer non-judgmental support to a variety of families. I am dedicated to offering care that is radically inclusive and affirming of POC, queer, and trans folks.

I help families identify and execute realistic parenting goals. As a postpartum doula I can offer emotional support, feeding support for the whole family, light cooking, light cleaning, organizing, overnight support if specified, referrals and more. Services may include (ideally) one in home prenatal visit to begin the critical preparation for the long term postpartum period.

I serve families throughout all five boroughs of New York City. I have completed my training through Carriage House Birth in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Additionally, I provide doula support services to individuals and families through a variety of transitions, including adoption, illness, and mental health care. Compensation discussed on a case-by-case basis.
