As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide critical support to birthing people, babies, and families from the prenatal through postpartum period. I integrate somatic healing methodologies with evidence-based information on pregnancy and childbirth to offer non-judgmental support to a variety of families. I am dedicated to offering care that is radically inclusive and affirming of Black, POC, queer, and trans folks.

I help families identify and execute realistic parenting goals. As a postpartum doula I can offer emotional support, feeding support for the whole family, light cooking, light cleaning, organizing, overnights, referrals, and more. Services may include one in home prenatal visit to begin preparing for the long term postpartum period.

I serve people in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.

I have completed my training through Carriage House Birth in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
